Wellesley SEPAC Conduct of Conduct

All members and participants are expected to:

  • Respect Others: Treat fellow members, event attendees, WPS staff, and community partners with courtesy, dignity, and respect.

  • Be Inclusive: Promote an environment free from discrimination, harassment, or bullying based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other protected characteristic.

  • Behave Responsibly: Abide by WPS policies, local laws, and this Code of Conduct in all SEPAC-sponsored activities.

  • Maintain Confidences: Promote a welcoming environment where parents and caregivers are comfortable sharing personal details in a safe, confidential space. WPS policy prohibits taking pictures, recording videos, and recording conversations without consent.

If the Wellesley SEPAC determines that a member or participant violates the Wellesley SEPAC Code of Conduct, they may lose privileges to participate in Wellesley SEPAC activities and events.
